A CFA Charterholder with nearly a decade of experience across valuation, corporate finance, and M&A advisory, Ben is passionate about helping founders unlock the value they’ve built and transition their businesses with confidence and clarity.

Managing Director, Deal Origination

MBA – Notre Dame | BS – DePaul University

Nicholi leads business development at Providencia Advisors, with a focus on deal origination and strategic partnerships across M&A and valuation services. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, he brings over 15 years of experience in business development, relationship management, and commercial strategy.
