Our Story
Providencia was founded by Ben Kwiatkowski, CFA, after a decade in corporate finance, investment consulting, and business valuation. Having worked with middle-market businesses, private equity firms, and law firms across the country, Ben recognized a gap in the market: sophisticated advisory services truly built around the founder—not just the transaction.
He launched Providencia to fill that gap with boutique M&A and valuation services that are personal, strategic, and aligned with the long-term goals of business owners.
The name Providencia honors the historic ship that once sailed and gave Palm Beach Florida its name. Just as that ship navigated uncertain seas, we help founders steer their businesses safely through growth and transition—preserving legacy and creating lasting impact.
