Ben Kwiatkowski is the founder of Providencia Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory and business valuation firm serving founder-led, privately held companies across the United States. He brings nearly a decade of experience in valuation, M&A advisory, corporate development, and investment consulting.
Ben has completed valuations for over 100 companies across a wide range of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, distribution, software, financial services, and healthcare. His work supports business sales, estate and gift tax planning, shareholder transitions, and strategic decision-making.
Before launching Providencia, Ben held roles at nationally recognized valuation and financial advisory firms, advising business owners nationwide, attorneys, CPAs, and wealth advisors. He is a CFA® Charterholder and earned his MBA from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, where he graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University.
Nicholi Wozniak

Nicholi Wozniak leads business development at Providencia Advisors, focusing on strategic relationship building and deal origination across both M&A and business valuation services. He actively partners with estate attorneys, CPAs, family offices, and business owners to uncover and cultivate new opportunities.
With over 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, and commercial leadership, Nicholi brings a refined, relationship-first approach to the firm. He previously led sales and sales operations at a leading A.I. enabled fintech platform for investment banking professionals, and held senior roles at several global testing, inspection, and certification companies. His expertise spans complex deal cycles, account strategy, and client engagement across high-growth and middle-market sectors.
Nicholi earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, where he focused on strategic marketing and strategic leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University.
